One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Meadowlands Racer found a gap and took the lead. Front Pressure followed before Substance Élégante.




There were no mayor changes in the field at the 500m mark.




Hummel Larockma looked tired after 1000m but had to keep up the tempo so that Substance Élégante couldn't come out from behind the leader, Meadowlands Racer.




Meadowlands Racer was still in the lead after 1500m.




Meadowlands Racer kept the speed up and no one had a chance to take over the lead.



Meadowlands Racer looked like a million bucks when we commenced the homestretch.

Slow Sword galoped for 60m and was disqualified.




Winner of todays race was Meadowlands Racer. Hummel Larockma came in second. Substance Élégante became third.
