Only a few clouds could be spotted on the sky this day. Gävle track was in top-condition.

One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.

Running Sound took the lead after a very quick start. Oskar J Andersson wanted a little to much in the start and Whispering Lipstick galoped for 30 m.

Volop Van Reden saw it's chance when the leader lost tempo and took the lead. A bird flew just in front of Adriane who started to galop and lost 40 m.

Running Sound took the lead after 1000m. Starstruck Ruby didn't have a good time being caught on the outside.

Standings after 1500m . Lane one Running Sound followed by Red Nammoc Pegasos and Whispering Lipstick. Lane two Starstruck Ruby followed by Volop Van Reden and Mácha.

Whispering Lipstick seemed to be in top-form this day and took over the lead.

Whispering Lipstick were still in the lead when they started the sprint for the finish-line.

Adriane galopped for 50 m on the homestretch.

Starstruck Ruby won. Mácha came in second. Running Sound caught third place.
