One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Brodde Star took the lead after a very quick start.




Giacomazzi saw it's chance when the leader lost tempo and took the lead.




Giacomazzi clinged on to the lead after a 1000m.




Standings after 1500m . Lane one Giacomazzi followed by Red Nammoc Pegasos and Edrin. Lane two Flowerhead followed by Narkissos White and Brodde Star. Just Titan galloped for 20 m.




Giacomazzi was still in the lead after 2000m.



Giacomazzi kept a high tempo and was first in on the homestretch.

Red Nammoc Pegasos galoped way to long and was disqualified.
