One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Fighting Satellite could eventually take the lead after a very dramatic start.




The field stabalized after the bend and the speed was reduced.




No one seem keen on putting pressure on the leader so he could keep his own tempo. Unknown suddenly made a bad step, started to galop and lost 40 m. Unknown was disturbed and galoped 50 m.




Awesome Royale One was still in the lead after 1500m. Lone Sound started to gallop after 1500m and Robert Bergh had to struggle to get it back in trotting.



Awesome Royale One kept a high tempo and was first in on the homestretch.

The spectators cheered much on the homestretch and probably caused Lone Sound galop. Lone Sound lost 20 m.




Caesar Cerf didn't even look tired on the homestretch and won the race.
