One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.

Cd Ummagumma was looking particularly good and could easily take the lead.

Confident Blast quickly put pressure on the leader and could take the lead after 500m.

The leader got disturbed by something and Curly Lashes took the lead rather easily.

Confident Blast looked to be in good shape this day and took the lead after 1500m.

Run Away speeded up in the last bend and was first on the homestretch.

Jean-Etienne Dubois tried a little too much on the homestretch and Confident Blast started to galopp and lost 50 m.

Lancer made a good sprint on the homestretch and crossed the finishline before Mad Meadow.
