One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.

Giant Ace sprinted away from the competitors and took the lead.

The leader couldn't hold the lead and On Hold sprinted to the front. Lucky Love was disturbed and galoped 40 m.

On Hold was in great shape so far and looked happy in the lead. Lucky Love suddenly made a bad step, started to galop and lost 10 m.

Fetisov looked to be in good shape this day and took the lead after 1500m. Charmante Pegasos started to gallop after 1500m and Axel Jacobsen had to struggle to get it back in trotting.

Giant Ace put some pressure on the leader and could take over.

On Hold was disturbed and galopped for 50 m. Giant Ace kept a high tempo and was first in on the homestretch.

Betelgeuse Cherry won the race after a spectacular finish.
