One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.

Steel Body sprinted away from the competitors and took the lead.

Rugged Paradigm was in fine shape and held the lead.

Hermes George looked tired after 1000m but had to keep up the tempo so that Silvikko couldn't come out from behind the leader, Steel Body.

Standings after 1500m . Lane one Steel Body followed by Walking Sniper and Silvikko. Lane two Hermes George followed by Rugged Paradigm and . Silvikko started to gallop after 1500m and Kaarlo Ahokas had to struggle to get it back in trotting.

Hermes George looked like a million bucks when we commenced the homestretch.

Winner of todays race was Walking Sniper. Hermes George came in second. Steel Body became third.
