The sun was shining on Östersund today. A perfect day for trotting.



One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Flying Miracle was looking particularly good and could easily take the lead.




Self Contained saw it's chance when the leader lost tempo and took the lead.




Self Contained was in great shape so far and looked happy in the lead.




Standings after 1500m . Lane one Self Contained followed by Flying Miracle and Any Day Victory. Lane two Gallant Baron followed by The Conqueror and Target Pace. Dracaena Flower started to gallop after 1500m and Håkan Skoglund had to struggle to get it back in trotting.



Lina galloped way to long and was disqualified. Self Contained were still in the lead when they started the sprint for the finish-line.






Final standings. 1 Flying Miracle, 2 Gallant Baron, 3 Self Contained.
