One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.

Sad Madness found a gap and took the lead. Fremskynde followed before Flower Boy.

Us Navy Nuclear quickly put pressure on the leader and could take the lead after 500m.

Flower Boy took the lead after 1000m. Fremskynde didn't have a good time being caught on the outside.

Flower Boy was still in the lead after 1500m.

Ultra Pearl galloped way to long and was disqualified. Flower Boy kept a high tempo and was first in on the homestretch.

Sad Madness sprinted away from the rest of the field and won quite easy.
