The sky was free of clouds and the sun was shining at Momarken this day.



One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Cute Tango tried its best to keep the lead but finally had to give in to Coffrefort D'argent that came steaming ahead.




This is the positions after 500m. Cute Tango, Elegant Maid, Spicy Cayenne, Never Stop, Coffrefort D'argent, Libra, Rolling Heat, . Rolling Heat started to galop after 500 m and was nearly disqualified.




Elegant Maid sprinted past it's competitors after a 1000m and took the lead. Never Stop suddenly made a bad step, started to galop and lost 40 m.




Nothing seemed to be able to stop Elegant Maid today. It continued in the lead.



Elegant Maid sat safely in the lead when they started the homestretch.

Libra galopped for 10 m on the homestretch.




Elegant Maid didn't even look tired on the homestretch and won the race.
