One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.

All In No Out was looking particularly good and could easily take the lead.

This is the positions after 500m. Yummyinmytummy, Dead Work, Donna Bella, Rostock Racer, All In No Out, Computer, Stunning Witch, Criminal Moment. Blümchen started to galop after 500 m and was nearly disqualified.

Donna Bella took the lead after 1000m. Rostock Racer didn't have a good time being caught on the outside. Blümchen suddenly made a bad step, started to galop and lost 40 m.

Criminal Moment looked to be in good shape this day and took the lead after 1500m.

Criminal Moment kept the speed up and no one had a chance to take over the lead.

With only a little left of the race Rostock Racer galoped for 50 m. Criminal Moment looked like a million bucks when we commenced the homestretch.

Donna Bella sprinted away from the rest of the field and won quite easy.
