Steady Cash could eventually take the lead after a very dramatic start. When the startcar left the field Relaxing Thrasher started to galop and lost 10 m. Speedy Turf suddenly started to galop. Veli-Erkki Paavola had to struggle to get Speedy Turf to tror again and succeded after 40 m.

This is the positions after 500m. Quick Cruiser, Iceman, King City Edison, Shining Armor, Cute Forest, Relaxing Thrasher, Hurtiga Hilda, Steady Cash. Quick Cruiser started to galop after 500 m and was nearly disqualified.

Shining Armor sprinted past it's competitors after a 1000m and took the lead.

Standings after 1500m . Lane one Shining Armor followed by Iceman and Cute Forest. Lane two Steady Cash followed by Relaxing Thrasher and King City Edison. driver couldn't keep Quick Cruiser to trotting so they were disqualified.

Relaxing Thrasher took the lead.

Relaxing Thrasher sat safely in the lead when they started the homestretch.

Steady Cash sprinted away from the rest of the field and won quite easy.
