Start List
One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track. Klavier could eventually take the lead after a very dramatic start. When the startcar left the field Expert Trainer started to galop and lost 50 m. Tropical Jewel showed unexperience when he was disqualified for galloping. Ambassadeur saw it's chance when the leader lost tempo and took the lead. No one seem keen on putting pressure on the leader so he could keep his own tempo. Surpuppan looked to be in good shape this day and took the lead after 1500m. Something caused a disturbance in the field and Tropical Jewel gallopped for 10 m. Klavier suddenly found some strength when the driver removed the earpads and sprinted to the lead. Klavier didn't even look tired on the homestretch and won the race. Results
