One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Sergei Sultan took the lead after a very quick start. Stella Marina was to tense at the start and galloped for 40 m.




The leader couldn't hold the lead and Stella Marina sprinted to the front. Stella Marina started to galop after 500 m and was nearly disqualified.




Stella Marina clinged on to the lead after a 1000m.




Virkelig Diamant looked to be in good shape this day and took the lead after 1500m.



Stella Marina was first on the homestretch followed by Virkelig Diamant and Sergei Sultan.






Sergei Sultan made a good sprint on the homestretch and crossed the finishline before Virkelig Diamant.
