One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Bolt Action found a gap and took the lead. Chris Columbus followed before Sleeping Thinker. Chris Columbus suddenly started to galop. Markku Nieminen had to struggle to get Chris Columbus to tror again and succeded after 30 m.




Chew The Chains Cherry quickly put pressure on the leader and could take the lead after 500m.




Graham Bell looked tired after 1000m but had to keep up the tempo so that Sleeping Thinker couldn't come out from behind the leader, Chew The Chains Cherry.
