The sun was shining on Kannus today. A perfect day for trotting.
One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.
Halfdan S.S could eventually take the lead after a very dramatic start. The Sky's Limit suddenly started to galop. Tuomas Pakkanen had to struggle to get The Sky's Limit to tror again and succeded after 30 m.
Mendez Trot saw it's chance when the leader lost tempo and took the lead.
No one seem keen on putting pressure on the leader so he could keep his own tempo.
Dancing
Forest looked to be in good shape this day and took the lead after 1500m.
Walking
Piece speeded up in the last bend and was first on the homestretch.
