One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Big Mountain sprinted away from the competitors and took the lead.

Big Mountain looked tired after 1000m but had to keep up the tempo so that Moving Band couldn't come out from behind the leader, Commander Chief.




Commander Chief was still in the lead after 1500m.




Moving Band seemed to be in top-form this day and took over the lead.



Moving Band were still in the lead when they started the sprint for the finish-line.






Big Mountain sprinted over the finishline before Moving Band and Commander Chief.
