The sky was free of clouds and the sun was shining at Karlshamn this day.

One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.

Many drivers had set there mind on a front position this day. Fastest of them all were Alhambra Royale. Starshine Moon ended up behind the leader. Stopping Sound got caught on the outside and were forced to take place as first in lane two. When the startcar left the field Try Me started to galop and lost 10 m.

The leader couldn't hold the lead and A Perfect World sprinted to the front.

Starshine Moon looked tired after 1000m but had to keep up the tempo so that Alhambra Royale couldn't come out from behind the leader, A Perfect World.

A Perfect World was still in the lead after 1500m.

A Perfect World didn't even look tired after 2000m and sat safely in the lead. Funtopia gallopped 40 m after 2000m. Solid Pain was disturbed and gallopped for 50 m.

driver couldn't keep Funtopia to trotting so they were disqualified. A Perfect World looked like a million bucks when we commenced the homestretch.

Starshine Moon never caught up with A Perfect World who won. Alhambra Royale came third.
