The sky was free of clouds and the sun was shining at Lappeenranta this day.



One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Focused Printer was looking particularly good and could easily take the lead.




The Dotted Line quickly put pressure on the leader and could take the lead after 500m.




The leader got disturbed by something and Ögonfröjd took the lead rather easily. The Dotted Line was disturbed and galoped 30 m.




Libra looked to be in good shape this day and took the lead after 1500m. Focused Printer started to gallop after 1500m and Heikki Hietanen had to struggle to get it back in trotting.



Focused Printer galloped way to long and was disqualified. Libra kept a high tempo and was first in on the homestretch.






Libra kept the speed the whole finish and won before Falcon Box and Olympus Festis.
