One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.
Pointing
Gold tried its best to keep the lead but finally had to give in to Tempting
Nova that came steaming ahead.
Secret Terrion quickly put pressure on the leader and could take the lead after 500m. A bird flew just in front of Tempting
Nova who started to galop and lost 50 m.
No one seem keen on putting pressure on the leader so he could keep his own tempo.
Pointing
Gold accelerated after 1500m and took the lead.
Pointing
Gold were still in the lead when they started the sprint for the finish-line.
No-one could catch Pointing
Gold today who won before Via Natzionale Queen and Secret Terrion.
