The sky was free of clouds and the sun was shining at Halmstad this day.



One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Blitz Of Lighning sprinted away from the competitors and took the lead. David Källgren wanted a little to much in the start and Templier galoped for 10 m. Estimer was to tense at the start and galloped for 10 m.




The leader couldn't hold the lead and Classical Thing sprinted to the front.




Funky Moon sprinted past it's competitors after a 1000m and took the lead. Templier suddenly made a bad step, started to galop and lost 50 m.




Standings after 1500m . Lane one Funky Moon followed by Blitz Of Lighning and Estimer. Lane two Pointing Thought followed by Classical Thing and Power Star.




Funky Moon kept the speed up and no one had a chance to take over the lead.



With only a little left of the race Templier galoped for 10 m. Funky Moon were still in the lead when they started the sprint for the finish-line.






Classical Thing sprinted over the finishline before Blitz Of Lighning and Funky Moon.
