The sun was shining on Eskilstuna and it was a perfect day for trotting. One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track. Many drivers had set there mind on a front position this day. Fastest of them all were King August. Starshine Princess ended up behind the leader. Speed For Gold got caught on the outside and were forced to take place as first in lane two. When the startcar left the field Hjärter Knekt started to galop and lost 40 m. Starshine Princess saw it's chance when the leader lost tempo and took the lead. King August galloped for 60m and was disqualified. Speed For Gold was disturbed and galoped 40 m. Légende sprinted past the competitors and took over the lead. Standings after 1500m . Lane one Légende followed by Speed For Gold and King Robert. Lane two Hjärter Knekt followed by Starshine Princess and Church Bell. Légende were still in the lead when they started the sprint for the finish-line. Bene Progetto was disturbed and galopped for 30 m. Hjärter Knekt sprinted over the finishline before Speed For Gold and Légende. Results
