The sun was shining and the birds was singing on Pihtipudas today.

One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.

Many drivers had set there mind on a front position this day. Fastest of them all were Confident Frenzy. River Prince ended up behind the leader. Pointing Gold got caught on the outside and were forced to take place as first in lane two.

Good Fight quickly put pressure on the leader and could take the lead after 500m.

Mamma sprinted past the competitors and took over the lead.

driver couldn't keep Confident Frenzy to trotting so they were disqualified. With only a little left of the race River Prince galoped for 30 m. River Prince sprinted past the competitors and took over the lead.

Mamma made a good sprint on the homestretch and crossed the finishline before Pointing Gold.
