The sky was free of clouds and the sun was shining at Rättvik this day.



One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Many drivers had set there mind on a front position this day. Fastest of them all were Back In Town. Damm ended up behind the leader. Mystérieuse Pegasos got caught on the outside and were forced to take place as first in lane two. Moonlight Queen was to tense at the start and galloped for 30 m.




Glowing Whirlwind saw it's chance when the leader lost tempo and took the lead. Mystérieuse Pegasos was disturbed and galoped 20 m. Mark In Park started to galop after 500 m and was nearly disqualified.




No one seem keen on putting pressure on the leader so he could keep his own tempo.
