One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Flying Sound found a gap and took the lead. Knife Cut followed before Speedy Lobella.




The field stabalized after the bend and the speed was reduced. Zoogin started to galop after 500 m and was nearly disqualified.




Flying Sound clinged on to the lead after a 1000m.




Flying Sound was still in the lead after 1500m.



Flying Sound sat safely in the lead when they started the homestretch.






Winner of todays race was Flying Sound. Knife Cut came in second. Speedy Lobella became third.
