One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Splash Easy could eventually take the lead after a very dramatic start.




There were no mayor changes in the field at the 500m mark. Natural Gift started to galop after 500 m and was nearly disqualified.




No one seem keen on putting pressure on the leader so he could keep his own tempo.




Standings after 1500m . Lane one Splash Easy followed by Strong Printer and Little Flying Squirrel. Lane two Earn My Respect followed by Dr Sheldon Cooper and Natural Gift.



Splash Easy kept a high tempo and was first in on the homestretch.






Splash Easy kept the speed the whole finish and won before Earn My Respect and Dr Sheldon Cooper.
