The sun was shining on Kalmar and it was a perfect day for trotting.



One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Syndrome Of Self could eventually take the lead after a very dramatic start. When the startcar left the field Just Pain started to galop and lost 10 m.




This is the positions after 500m. Viaggiatore, Just Pain, Syndrome Of Self, Portable Steel, Intelligent Rocker, , , . Intelligent Rocker showed unexperience when he was disqualified for galoping.




Syndrome Of Self sprinted past the competitors and took over the lead.




Syndrome Of Self was still in the lead after 1500m. Intelligent Rocker started to gallop after 1500m and Roger Pettersson had to struggle to get it back in trotting.



Portable Steel was first on the homestretch followed by Syndrome Of Self and Just Pain.






Syndrome Of Self made a good sprint on the homestretch and crossed the finishline before Just Pain.
