One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Lucky Lady found a gap and took the lead. Essien followed before No Apologize.




Essien saw it's chance when the leader lost tempo and took the lead. Lucky Lady started to galop after 500 m and was nearly disqualified.




No one seem keen on putting pressure on the leader so he could keep his own tempo.

Essien never caught up with Lucky Lady who won. No Apologize came third.
