One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Sommeil tried its best to keep the lead but finally had to give in to Elvis Presley America that came steaming ahead. Sommeil was to tense at the start and galloped for 30 m.




Sommeil quickly put pressure on the leader and could take the lead after 500m.




Sommeil clinged on to the lead after a 1000m.




Sommeil was still in the lead after 1500m.




Elvis Presley America put some pressure on the leader and could take over.



Unusual Taboca was first on the homestretch followed by Elvis Presley America and Sommeil.






Winner of todays race was Unusual Taboca. Sommeil came in second. Elvis Presley America became third.
