The sun was shining on Sørlandet and it was a perfect day for trotting.



One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Many drivers had set there mind on a front position this day. Fastest of them all were Hero Master. Parfait ended up behind the leader. Brave Bomb got caught on the outside and were forced to take place as first in lane two.




This is the positions after 500m. Appeal Applause, Brave Bomb, Birdie, Sleepy Meadow, Hero Master, Strawberry Fields, Parfait, .




Appeal Applause was in great shape so far and looked happy in the lead.




Standings after 1500m . Lane one Appeal Applause followed by Sleepy Meadow and Hero Master. Lane two Parfait followed by Strawberry Fields and Birdie.




Sleepy Meadow suddenly took over the lead.



Sleepy Meadow looked like a million bucks when we commenced the homestretch.

Brave Bomb was disturbed and galopped for 50 m.




Appeal Applause made a good sprint on the homestretch and crossed the finishline before Strawberry Fields.
