The sun was shining on Kaukonen and it was a perfect day for trotting.



One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Many drivers had set there mind on a front position this day. Fastest of them all were Bardsey. Radiating Sky ended up behind the leader. Inner Action got caught on the outside and were forced to take place as first in lane two. Radiating Sky was to tense at the start and galloped for 40 m.




Radiating Sky quickly put pressure on the leader and could take the lead after 500m.




Lone Sound sprinted past the competitors and took over the lead.




Lone Sound was still in the lead after 1500m.




Lone Sound didn't even look tired after 2000m and sat safely in the lead.



Inner Action suddenly found some strength when the driver removed the earpads and sprinted to the lead.






Lone Sound won the race after a spectacular finish.
