It had been raining for several days at Umåker but the sun was shining this day a the track was in good shape.



One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Thai Mahal tried its best to keep the lead but finally had to give in to Otilija Bakaou that came steaming ahead. Otilija Bakaou was to tense at the start and galloped for 10 m.




Chadman Drummer saw it's chance when the leader lost tempo and took the lead. Thai Mahal was disturbed and galoped 30 m.




Rocky Trotty J. sprinted past it's competitors after a 1000m and took the lead.




Rocky Trotty J. was still in the lead after 1500m.




Sergeant Bomb took the lead.



With only a little left of the race Turning Moonlight galoped for 50 m. Sergeant Bomb sat safely in the lead when they started the homestretch.

Leif Eriksson tried a little too much on the homestretch and Otilija Bakaou started to galopp and lost 20 m.




Sergeant Bomb didn't even look tired on the homestretch and won the race.
