One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Jc could eventually take the lead after a very dramatic start.




Jc was looking sharp this day and continued in the lead. A bird flew just in front of Grasping Rocket who started to galop and lost 20 m.




One Timer looked tired after 1000m but had to keep up the tempo so that Between The Lines couldn't come out from behind the leader, Jc.




Standings after 1500m . Lane one Jc followed by Emil Tobest and Diamond Dynamite. Lane two One Timer followed by Between The Lines and Confident Muscle. Between The Lines started to gallop after 1500m and Jorma Kontio had to struggle to get it back in trotting.




Jc kept the speed up and no one had a chance to take over the lead.



Jc kept a high tempo and was first in on the homestretch.

Between The Lines was disturbed and galopped for 50 m. The spectators cheered much on the homestretch and probably caused Diamond Dream galop. Diamond Dream lost 10 m.




Jc didn't even look tired on the homestretch and won the race.
