Il nuovo millennio sprinted away from the competitors and took the lead. Ove A Lindqvist wanted a little to much in the start and Strong Striker galoped for 40 m.




Whatever Thought quickly put pressure on the leader and could take the lead after 500m.




Beetlejuice took the lead after 1000m. Chief Taboca didn't have a good time being caught on the outside.




Standings after 1500m . Lane one Beetlejuice followed by Chief Taboca and Whatever Thought. Lane two Il nuovo millennio followed by Centipede and Ei Saa Peittä.




Il nuovo millennio suddenly took over the lead.



Il nuovo millennio were still in the lead when they started the sprint for the finish-line.

The spectators cheered much on the homestretch and probably caused Il nuovo millennio galop. Il nuovo millennio lost 30 m. Mauri Jaara tried a little too much on the homestretch and Beetlejuice started to galopp and lost 20 m.




Chief Taboca sprinted away from the rest of the field and won quite easy.
