One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.

Glimmer And Sparkle took the lead after a very quick start. Glimmer And Sparkle was to tense at the start and galloped for 40 m.

This is the positions after 500m. Mellanby Sara, Nicki Sunrise, Perfect Magic, Super Tyrant, Glimmer And Sparkle, Chagall, Sliding Rocket, Running Piece. A bird flew just in front of Sliding Rocket who started to galop and lost 10 m.

Perfect Magic sprinted past it's competitors after a 1000m and took the lead.

Mellanby Sara looked to be in good shape this day and took the lead after 1500m.

Mellanby Sara kept a high tempo and was first in on the homestretch.
