The weather had been good all week and Solvalla was in good shape.



One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Vanuit took the lead after a very quick start. Aloe Vera was to eager when the car accellerated, galopped and was disqualified. Seducer galloped for 60m and was disqualified.




There were no mayor changes in the field at the 500m mark.




Vanuit was in great shape so far and looked happy in the lead.




Standings after 1500m . Lane one Vanuit followed by Lucky Diary and Ozzy. Lane two Happy Wave followed by Mérges Szél and Seducer.




Vanuit was still in the lead after 2000m.



Lucky Diary was first on the homestretch followed by Vanuit and Happy Wave.






Happy Wave sprinted over the finishline before Vanuit and Lucky Diary.
