One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Virgo found a gap and took the lead. Art Director followed before Eeegit.




Tegen Stand quickly put pressure on the leader and could take the lead after 500m.




The leader got disturbed by something and Art Director took the lead rather easily. Unknown galoped after 1000m and lost 40 m.




Eeegit looked to be in good shape this day and took the lead after 1500m.




Eeegit sat safely in the lead after 2000m.




Eeegit seemed to be in good shape this day and continued in the lead.



Art Director speeded up in the last bend and was first on the homestretch.

The spectators cheered much on the homestretch and probably caused Saint Of Silk galop. Saint Of Silk lost 30 m. A. Wallace tried a little too much on the homestretch and His Royal Highness started to galopp and lost 10 m.




No-one could catch Art Director today who won before Virgo and Eeegit.
