One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Lonely Sunflower sprinted away from the competitors and took the lead. Pekka Korpi wanted a little to much in the start and Pretty Starlight galoped for 50 m.




Lonely Sunflower was looking sharp this day and continued in the lead.




Pretty Starlight sprinted past the competitors and took over the lead. Lonely Sunflower was disturbed and galoped 30 m. driver couldn't keep Racing Champion to trotting so they were disqualified.



Rétablissement showed unexperience when he was disqualified for galoping. Koing Gronos sprinted past the competitors and took over the lead.






Koing Gronos didn't even look tired on the homestretch and won the race.
