One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Hidalgo could eventually take the lead after a very dramatic start.




The leader couldn't hold the lead and Tempting Star sprinted to the front.




Hidalgo looked tired after 1000m but had to keep up the tempo so that Keep On Trotting couldn't come out from behind the leader, Tempting Star.




Hidalgo saw a chanche when the tempo dropped and could easilytake the lead.




Hidalgo was still in the lead after 2000m.



Hidalgo looked like a million bucks when we commenced the homestretch.






Hidalgo kept the speed the whole finish and won before Stolen Train and Keep On Trotting.
