One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.

Going Crown sprinted away from the competitors and took the lead. When the startcar left the field Going Crown started to galop and lost 30 m.

Modest Pie quickly put pressure on the leader and could take the lead after 500m.

Modest Pie clinged on to the lead after a 1000m.

Modest Pie was still in the lead after 1500m.

Fight For Freedom put some pressure on the leader and could take over.

Fight For Freedom looked like a million bucks when we commenced the homestretch.

Give Me A Beer sprinted over the finishline before Odilon and Fight For Freedom.
