One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Many drivers had set there mind on a front position this day. Fastest of them all were Blitz Of Lighning. Terrific Sunshine ended up behind the leader. Sigue Sigue Sputnik got caught on the outside and were forced to take place as first in lane two.




This is the positions after 500m. Spartacus, Face To Face, Powerful Scope, Sigue Sigue Sputnik, Blitz Of Lighning, First Rose, Terrific Sunshine, . Blitz Of Lighning started to galop after 500 m and was nearly disqualified.




The leader got disturbed by something and Face To Face took the lead rather easily.




Standings after 1500m . Lane one Face To Face followed by Blitz Of Lighning and Terrific Sunshine. Lane two First Rose followed by Sigue Sigue Sputnik and Spartacus.



Blitz Of Lighning was disturbed and galopped for 30 m. First Rose litterally flew through the last bend and was first on the homestretch.






Terrific Sunshine made a good sprint on the homestretch and crossed the finishline before Face To Face.
