The weather had been good all week and Visby was in good shape.



One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Fishing took the lead after a very quick start. Fredrik Persson wanted a little to much in the start and Desert Shield galoped for 10 m.




The leader couldn't hold the lead and Desert Shield sprinted to the front.




Tuborg Pegasos looked tired after 1000m but had to keep up the tempo so that Falconeer couldn't come out from behind the leader, Desert Shield. driver couldn't keep Hound Dog to trotting so they were disqualified.




Desert Shield was still in the lead after 1500m. Something caused a disturbance in the field and What It Takes gallopped for 20 m.



With only a little left of the race Tuborg Pegasos galoped for 50 m. Desert Shield were still in the lead when they started the sprint for the finish-line.

Jonté Ponté galopped for 20 m on the homestretch.




Final standings. 1 Falconeer, 2 Desert Shield, 3 Fishing.
