The sky was free of clouds and the sun was shining at Karlshamn this day.

One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.

Many drivers had set there mind on a front position this day. Fastest of them all were Greenstone Archer. Intelligent Stereo ended up behind the leader. Golden Shoes got caught on the outside and were forced to take place as first in lane two. Intelligent Stereo was to tense at the start and galloped for 40 m. When the startcar left the field Made Of Gold started to galop and lost 50 m.

Phantom Pearl quickly put pressure on the leader and could take the lead after 500m.

The leader got disturbed by something and Golden Shoes took the lead rather easily.

Golden Shoes was still in the lead after 1500m.

Golden Shoes was still in the lead after 2000m. Honey Saint gallopped 20 m after 2000m.

With only a little left of the race Honey Saint galoped for 10 m. Made Of Gold was disturbed and galopped for 30 m. Golden Shoes kept a high tempo and was first in on the homestretch.

Golden Shoes kept the speed the whole finish and won before Greenstone Archer and Phantom Pearl.
