The sun was shining and the birds was singing on Tornio today.



One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Mad Meadow could eventually take the lead after a very dramatic start.




Dream That Stands saw it's chance when the leader lost tempo and took the lead.




Touch Me looked tired after 1000m but had to keep up the tempo so that Sleeping Twister couldn't come out from behind the leader, Dream That Stands.




Beauty Pearl looked to be in good shape this day and took the lead after 1500m.




Beauty Pearl sat safely in the lead after 2000m.



Beauty Pearl were still in the lead when they started the sprint for the finish-line.
