Only a humble breeze blew over Åby this day. The track where in perfect shape.



One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Whatever Brightness was looking particularly good and could easily take the lead.




The leader couldn't hold the lead and Shooting Pirate sprinted to the front.




The Reverend sprinted past it's competitors after a 1000m and took the lead.




Bowling Star accelerated after 1500m and took the lead.



The Reverend suddenly found some strength when the driver removed the earpads and sprinted to the lead.






Whatever Brightness made a good sprint on the homestretch and crossed the finishline before The Reverend.
