Only a humble breeze blew over Biri this day. The track where in perfect shape.

One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.

Turning Winter was looking particularly good and could easily take the lead. Ann-Kristin Rasmussen wanted a little to much in the start and Ayacho galoped for 10 m.

The leader couldn't hold the lead and Sowing Sugar sprinted to the front.

Sowing Sugar was in great shape so far and looked happy in the lead. Sad Gold suddenly made a bad step, started to galop and lost 50 m.

Sleeping Gold accelerated after 1500m and took the lead.

Sleeping Gold looked like a million bucks when we commenced the homestretch.

No-one could catch Sleeping Gold today who won before Sowing Sugar and Turning Winter.
