Start List
The sun was shining and the birds was singing on Arvika today. One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track. Northern Territory was looking particularly good and could easily take the lead. Per-Arne Abelin wanted a little to much in the start and Sgt Pepper galoped for 10 m. Killer Instinct quickly put pressure on the leader and could take the lead after 500m. A bird flew just in front of Intelligent Work who started to galop and lost 10 m. Crepe Suzette took the lead after 1000m. Deserve Attention didn't have a good time being caught on the outside. Lying Lilac accelerated after 1500m and took the lead. Northern Territory was disturbed and galopped for 20 m. Lying Lilac looked like a million bucks when we commenced the homestretch. Lying Lilac didn't even look tired on the homestretch and won the race. Results
