Only a humble breeze blew over Åby this day. The track where in perfect shape.



One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Many drivers had set there mind on a front position this day. Fastest of them all were Sergeant Tiger. Bard ended up behind the leader. So What got caught on the outside and were forced to take place as first in lane two.




Étonnement Jeune saw it's chance when the leader lost tempo and took the lead. Bard was disturbed and galoped 10 m.




Étonnement Jeune clinged on to the lead after a 1000m. Second Period was disturbed and galoped 50 m.




Standings after 1500m . Lane one Étonnement Jeune followed by Sergeant Tiger and Xoxo. Lane two Corazon Amok followed by So What and Bard.



Étonnement Jeune were still in the lead when they started the sprint for the finish-line.






Corazon Amok never caught up with Étonnement Jeune who won. Sergeant Tiger came third.
