The players just had time to make their last bets before the start. All horses seemed to be in good shape this day.

Ghost Rider was looking particularly good and could easily take the lead. When the startcar left the field Deep Illusion started to galop and lost 40 m. Running Whirlwind suddenly started to galop. Åke Svanstedt had to struggle to get Running Whirlwind to tror again and succeded after 10 m.

This is the positions after 500m. Shock Wave, Run For Svensson, Deep Illusion, Pluto F., Ghost Rider, Golden Starshine, Honourable Arraow, Smiling Lovebreaker.

Deep Illusion sprinted past the competitors and took over the lead.

Golden Starshine accelerated after 1500m and took the lead.

Golden Starshine didn't even look tired after 2000m and sat safely in the lead. Ghost Rider showed unexperience when he was disqualified for galoping. Grande Fierté galloped for 60m and was disqualified.

Golden Starshine kept a high tempo and was first in on the homestretch.

The spectators cheered much on the homestretch and probably caused Deep Illusion galop. Deep Illusion lost 10 m.

You´re Under Arrest sprinted away from the rest of the field and won quite easy.
