The sun was shining on Momarken today. A perfect day for trotting.



One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Lady Lesser could eventually take the lead after a very dramatic start. Amazing Twister galloped for 60m and was disqualified.




The leader couldn't hold the lead and The Shy Girl sprinted to the front. A bird flew just in front of The Shy Girl who started to galop and lost 10 m.




Painkiller looked tired after 1000m but had to keep up the tempo so that Rapid Runnin' Ray couldn't come out from behind the leader, The Shy Girl.




Standings after 1500m . Lane one The Shy Girl followed by Painkiller and Lady Lesser. Lane two Rapid Runnin' Ray followed by Ackord and Ruthless.




The Shy Girl was still in the lead after 2000m.



The Shy Girl were still in the lead when they started the sprint for the finish-line.

The Shy Girl galoped for 60m and was disqualified.




Ruthless sprinted away from the rest of the field and won quite easy.
